FAQs – 2020 Modified Season

How does the reservation system work?

  • All members can have up to 3 reservations at a time.

  • Reservations can be made up to 9 days in advance.


How soon can I book another reservation?

  • When 1 reservation has been used you may book another one starting the following day. 


Why only 30 families per session?

  • We are starting with 30 families because it is a number we can safely manange until we ALL become accustomed to the new system. 

  • Please remember that these numbers are based on the POOL capacity and not the surrounding property.

  • The GREEN PHASE of Governor Wolf's reopening plan states that there should be no social gatherings over 250 people!

  • We will revist this number as both staff and members become familiar with the rules and restrictions.


Can I skip the 2020 Season without penalties?

  • Yes! You will NOT have to pay the Social Membership Fee again for the 2021 Season. 


Will my guest passes roll over to the next season?

  • YES!


What happens if it rains during my reservation?

  • Unfortunately the weather is ALWAYS an unpredictable variable that can impact pool availability.


Do I need to be in the water with my kids?

  • No, as long as you are monitoring them from your reserved area. 


Can I drop my kids off at the pool?

  • Not unless they are 16 years or older.
