When the pool is open, you can choose either a 12-3pm or 4-7pm time block to reserve the outside patio for a $250 fee. Reservations are in 3 hour blocks. Parties are limited to 25 people. If the pool is closed due to inclement weather your reservation may be rescheduled without any additional fees, if the pool remains open reservations will not be rescheduled.

You must clean up after your rental or you will receive a $50 charge for cleaning.
