This is David’s third year as the Head Coach of the 9 Oaks Swim team. David has previous coaching experience with West Chester East High School, Golden Rams Aquatics and the West Chester Golf and Country Club. David was a competitive swimmer for 17 years and collected many awards and accomplishments along the way, including 3 PIAA state titles, 6 PIAA District 1 titles, multiple PSAC titles and one NCAA Division II All-American placement with a bronze medal in the 400 IM his senior year at West Chester University.
Logan Washburn lives in Royersford and is a mother of two Gators swimmers. She grew up as a year-round swimmer and transitioned to competing in triathlons after college. As a young adult, Logan loved being a swim team coach and has missed the summer swim league environment. Logan holds a degree in Exercise Science and has always maintained a commitment to fitness and coaching. She is currently a personal trainer and USA Triathlon coach at the Spring Valley YMCA.
