Membership Info

New Member Fees

  • New members of 9 Oaks are required to pay a ONE-time Social Membership Fee of $400. This fee is not refundable and is never discounted. 
    • You only pay this fee your first year as a member. Each year after you only pay dues.


Yearly Dues

  • Yearly Dues must be paid before Memorial Day weekend.
    • Family Membership – $675
    • Single Membership – $350
    • Senior Membership – $300
    •  High School Student Swim Team Membership – $250
      • Early Bird Discount is for Family Memberships only and from January to March.
      • $50 late fee after Memorial Day weekend.
  • Family Memberships include all persons living at the address listed on the membership.
  • Senior Discount is built into the cost of a senior membership. You must be 62 years of age before the start of the season to be eligible.
  • High School students going into grades 9th through 12th are eligible to have their own membership, provided they are on the 9 Oaks Gators swim team and have paid for their swim team registration. There are no guest privileges included with this membership.
  • Any member who lapses on their dues payment will be required to pay a re-activation fee. You are permitted a 1 year grace period.
    • 2 years lapse – $135 reactivation fee.
    • 3 years lapse – $250 reactivation fee.
    • 4+ years lapse – full social fee ($400).

Refund Policy

Any requests for refund are subject to the following schedule and rates. All refunds are subject to a processing fee to cover the administrative costs associated with issuing a refund.

  • 100% refund minus processing fee if requested by April 30.
  • 75% refund minus processing fee if requested between May 1- Opening Day.
  • 50% refund minus processing fee if requested between Opening Day – June 15. 
  • No refunds will be issued after June 15.

Swim Lessons and Guest Passes are not eligible for a refund. 

Caretaker & Babysitter Fee

  • Family Memberships have the option to add a caretaker/babysitter to their account. 
  • Each caretaker/babysitter must be named as a separate caretaker/babysitter add-on at checkout.
  • Each Family Membership is allotted a maximum of 2 caretaker/babysitter add-ons.
  • Caretakers and babysitters must be accompanied by a member of the club, whether it be you or your children.
